Rx: Practice Handstand walk in short distances.
*Wall walk aways
*Walking towards wall
REST as needed to perform quality sets.

Rx2: 4-5 Sets:
8-10 Handstand Leans or Shoulder Taps
*Superset as needed with:
Tuck n rolls OR cartwheels (bailing practice)

Rx3: 4-5 Sets:
A1. Options:
Kick Up + 10 second Hold
Wall Walk + 10 second Hold
Feet on Bench or Box Inverted Hold + 10 second Hold

A2. Bear Crawl x 10-20 m

REST 1 minute

MODWOD 1:
4-5 Sets:
Overhead Carry-20 m per arm
Plank Shoulder Tap-10-20 reps
REST 1 minute

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
