Optional warm up rep scheme (off slightly ABOVE previous max) Bar-10 reps 50%-5 reps 60%-3 reps 70%-1 rep ------ (start resting 2-3 minutes between sets 80%-1 rep 85%-1 rep 90-93%-1 rep 101-105%-1 rep Second attempts as needed If you finish early perform a MAX REP set at 80% of what you hit for your heavy single.
