(overhead lunges, snatches, and bike calories)+deadlift weight each round for Part B. Example: On Part 1 Emilee completes all the dumbbell work+12 bike calories=44 reps. She then deadlifts 225x4 on Part B. Her score for that round is=269. Rx+: 70/53 Rx: 50/35 Rx2: 35/25, Sub Hanging Leg Raises Rx3: 25/20, Sub BW Lunges, 6 reps of each movement on part A.
