WEIGHTLIFTING 11-2-20 (Weight) 20 Minutes: Back Squat 15-12-10 Start first set of squats fairly light between 50-60% of 1RM and build up each set. Make sure to warm up to working weight and REST at least 3 minutes between these high volume sets.
