METCON 10-24-20 (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Ladder Format: (27 minute timer) Minute 1: Burpee Box Jump AMRAP Minute 2: REST Minute 3: Powersnatch, powerclean, or deadlift How it works: Each three minute round athletes will perform one minute of burpee box jumps, followed by a minute of rest. Following the rest minute, they will then perform an AMRAP of ONE weightlifting movement. They will perform the first three rounds with powersnatch, the second three rounds with powerclean, and the third three rounds with deadlift. The weight will increase each round. It is their responsibility to load it during the rest minute. SCORE is total reps.
