PARTNER WOD 8-18-20 (Time, Rx2, Rx3) In teams of 2 perform the following I go you go style: 40 Rounds For Time: (20 each) 4 Burpees 5 Pull Ups 6 Powersnatch Goal: Sub 24 CAP at 35 minutes Tip: You are meant to move aggressively when you are the athlete working. You should be able to do your snatches and pull ups mostly unbroken with the weight you choose. We are looking for quick rounds!
