METCON 11/20/19 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 30-20-10: Powerclean Lateral Burpee Goal: Sub 8, CAP at 13 minutes. Tip: This is meant to be a very fast paced workout. You should be able to execute large sets on the cleans and quick constant movement on the burpees! Brown Rx+: 135#/95# Purple Rx: 115#/75# Blue Rx2: 95#/65# Orange Rx3: 75#/55#, sub regular burpees Yellow MODWOD: 45#/35# or sub deadlift 75#/55#, burpee to box
