METCON 9/23/19 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) FOR TIME: 50 Wallballs 40 TTB 30 HR Push Ups 20 Powercleans 10 Shoulder to Overhead Goal: Sub 10, CAP at 15 minutes. Tip: Move through the wallballs quickly utilizing a rep scheme that allows you to keep moving. Consider breaking TTB and HR Push Ups into small sets with quick breaks to avoid going to failure. Consider quick singles on the powercleans. After your 20th powerclean try to go right into your shoulder to overhead to avoid having to clean the bar an extra time. If your overhead position is feeling fatigued, consider transitioning to the split jerk if needed.
