PARTNER WOD 8/10/19 (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 6-5 minute rounds, 1 min REST b/t rounds: Partner 1: Bike-1 mile Partner 2: Row-600/500 m THEN complete: Partner 1: Ball Slam-20 reps Partner 2: TTB-20 reps Then w/ time remaining in the round: AMRAP: Powerclean Each partner will Bike/Ball Slam three times and Row/TTB three times. Switch off each round. You don't have to wait for your partner to transition between stations or start your powercleans. Switch as desired on the powercleans. Goal: 120+ Powercleans Tip: Try to maintain an aggressive pace on your machine. Consider quick sets with frequent switches on the powerclean.
