METCON 8/5/19 (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 12 min AMRAP: Strict Pull Up-12/9 Reps Double Under-60 reps Hang Alternating DB Split Snatch-30 reps (50#/35#)* *Movement standard is opposite leg forward of the arm you are using to lift. For example, if the DB is in your right hand your left leg would be forward, then when you switch arms your right leg/left hand would be in use. Goal: 300+ Reps (3+ Rounds) Tip: This workout is grip intensive. Find a steady, yet maintainable pace. Try to stay relaxed on your double unders. Stay focused on the DB work since this a new movement for us!
