METCON 7/30/19 (Time, Rx2, Rx3) 12-2 min Rounds: Round 1: Row 300/250 m Round 2: Bike .6/.4 miles Round 3: Run 200 m Score is times for all rounds added together. Start at any station just follow the order. Goal: Sub 12 minutes total time. Tip: This is an interval style workout. You are meant to work at an aggressive pace with the goal of at least a minute rest each round. Scale accordingly. Purpose: This style of workout allows us to work on executing and maintaining a faster pace than we could on a sustained effort. It is an extremely effective cardio tool and allows us to push ourselves to new levels.
