PARTNER WOD 7/13/19(Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) In teams of 2-3 athletes, complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes: (follow the leader style) Run-200 m (count as 20 reps) HPC-15 reps (135#/95#) Farmers Carry-100 m (50#-53#/35#) (count as 10 reps) Box Jump-20 reps (24''/20'') Sled Push-20 m (90#/70#) (count as 20 reps)* *In mixed gender teams use 80#. 85 reps per completed round. Ex. Wes starts on his 200 m run, when he comes back Todd heads out on his run and Wes moves onto his HPC. Wes finishes his HPC and moves onto the Farmers Carry. When Todd gets back from his run Alyssa then starts on her run. Goal: Have fun working out with friends! Tip: Try to keep moving and consider putting your fastest athlete first to avoid creating a bottleneck at a particular station.
