BERT 7/4/19 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) FOR TIME, solo or with a partner: 50 Burpees 400 m Run 100 Push Ups 400 m Run 150 Walking Lunges 400 m Run 200 Squats 400 m Run 150 Walking Lunges 400 m Run 100 Push Ups 400 m Run 50 Burpees *If you are completing this workout with a partner partition the reps as desired and complete the runs together. Goal: Sub 47:00, CAP at 60 minutes. Tip: This workout is a longer duration aerobic effort that also takes a lot of stamina. Establish a steady pace from the get go and break up muscle fatiguing movements (such as push ups) into small sets from the beginning to avoid going to failure. Try to keep moving!
