Clean and Jerk 1+2's.

Start around 75% of best jerk and build up each set. If you are new to the clean and jerk, haven't been here much this cycle, or have been focusing in on technique build as heavy as possible! If you have been super consistent and going very heavy each week, consider working up to a heavy, but not maximal set this week. We will max out next week!

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
