Goblet Squat-12 reps (50#/35#)
Shuttle Run w/ DB 40 m (50#/35#)*

*Every 10 m of shuttle run counts as a rep. 4 reps for each completed run. 28 reps per round.

Goal: 224+ Reps (8 rounds+)

Tip: Transition from the DB Snatch to the goblet squat quickly to use your time efficiently. While running, try to hold your DB in a way that doesn't fatigue your arms before your next set of DB snatches.

Purpose: The goblet squat is a valuable tool to train for life. There are many times we have to perform a squat while holding an odd object. Just a few examples include: picking up furniture while moving, lifting up a child who has fallen asleep and needs to be carried upstairs to bed, or retrieving a box of heavy supplies off the ground at work.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Put it Up is awesome! I am not one that does well going into a Gym and staying consistent or pushing myself. The staff at Put it Up have been amazing and for the first time in my life I look forward to working out and I am so excited about the be
