STRENGTHCON 12/17/18 (Reps, Rx2) 10 Min Timer: PART A 5 Mins To Find 5RM Front Squat PART B 5 Min AMRAP of BACK SQUAT w/ what you hit for your heaviest A. Score is weight hit on Part A+Reps on Part B. Note the weight you hit for Part A in the comments! Ex. Jill Front Squats 150#x5 and hits 30 reps. Her score is 180. Goal: Hit 80% or more of 1RM front squat and accumulate 30+ Reps on Part B. Tip: Go as heavy as possible on part A and try to keep a consistent pace without going to failure on Part B.
