Teams may start on whichever movement they like as long as they follow the order. Each partner will work for 30 secs and rest for 30 secs on machines and DB stepovers.

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
