SKILL WORK 11/21/18 (Weight) 3 Rounds: 20 m Single Arm Farmers Carry R/L 20 Russian Twist (35#/25#) 10 SL KB or DB Deadlift R/L (hold weight in opposing hand to the leg you are standing on) Try to use a heavy weight for the farmers carry and make sure to avoid leaning towards the side that is holding the weight, stay upright. Start light on the deadlifts and prioritize full range of motion and balance over going heavier.
