TEAM WOD 3/10/18(Time, Rx2) In teams of 3 1st one athlete from each team picks one of these triplets. You may not pick the same one. BARBELL BEAST! 4 rds Deadlift-10 reps (135#/95#) Push Jerk-10 reps (135#/95#) Back Squat-10 reps(135#/95#) GYMNASTY NINJA! 4 rds Burpee to Target-10 reps Box Over or Step Overs-10 reps (24''/20'') CTB Pull Ups-10 reps CARDIO KILLER 4 rds Run-200 m Row-10/7 cals Bike-10/7 cals If you finish early go cheer on your teammates in their triplet, once ALL 3 members have finished move to this chipper for TIME! Deadlift-60 reps Burpee-60 reps Run-600 m (simultaenously) Push Jerk-60 reps (135#/95#) Box Over-60 reps (24''/20'') Row-60 cals Back Squat-60 reps (135#/95#) CTB Pull UP-60 reps Bike-60 cals In final chipper all members must share work evenly, for those unable to do CTB partners may assist in helping.
