PARTNER WOD! 5/13/17(Rounds, Rx2, Rx3) PAIN IS YOUR REWARD TEAM EDITION Every 4 mins perform AS A TEAM Simultaenous Run-200 m then KB Swings (53#/35#) HR Burpee TTB Box Overs (24''/20'') Rd 1(0-4): 10 reps of each as a team Rd 2(5-8): 11 reps of each as a team Rd 3(9-12): 12 reps of each as a team Rd 4(13-16): 13 reps of each as a team Rd 5(17-20): 14 reps of each as a team Rd 6(21-24): 15 reps of each as a team Rd 7(25-28): 16 reps of each as a team Rd 8(29-32: 17 reps of each as a team etc. RULES/GOAL: Get past 8 rounds or be the last team left.
