WEIGHTLIFTING 10/5/15 (Weight) Deadlift (week 2 of 6) 5-5-5-5-5 Begin at 70% add weight to each set. Beat what you did last week then perform 1-2 Max rep sets of RDL using 75%-65% of what you did for 5RM. RDL Drop sets 75%-Aim for 8+ reps 65%-Aim for 12+ reps
