Saturday 5/30/15(Time) Metcon A: Metcon (Weight) STRENGTH,METCON & CARDIO? In teams of Guy/Girl perform AMRAP in 7 mins of STO* As one is lifting the other is resting with bar on front rack. If/When they drop the barbell both must Run-100 m before resuming. REST 3 mins B: Metcon (AMRAP - Reps) AMRAP in 12 mins of Burpees-10 reps KB Swings-15 reps Air Squats-20 reps GOAL: As a team finish over 400 reps :0 Both people may be moving at a time.
