2. Lateral Band Step Over x 8-10 reps per side
3. REST

*Pull ups don't have to consecutive. Accumulate those reps within the minute. If you can do more than 12 BW, add weight. If needed, use band assistance or sub a lat pull down.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
