GROUP 2 WOD 3 PUSH N PLANK PART A-PART B (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Part A: AMRAP in 3 mins of Hand Release Push Ups At the 5 Minute Mark: Part B: ALAP-Push Up Plank with feet on med ball legs locked. GOAL: 200 reps (Score by adding max set of push ups and seconds from Max hold,) Must stick with a given color for both PART A and PART B Brown: Sub Handstand Push Up (kipping allowed, MUST have strict to choose this option.) Full ROM can use a towel for head as long as the surface is level. Purple: As Written Blue: Sub Incline Push Up, 24’’/20’’ (can use a couch or chair if needed), purple plank Orange: Sub Incline Push Up, 30''/24'', bodyweight push up plank (NO medball) Yellow: Sub Incline Push Up as high as needed, sub push up plank off knees
