Brown Rx+: 165#/115# Barbell, Anything Over the weight of a 50#/35# Pair Purple Rx: 135#/95# Barbell, Anything around 50#/35# pair or Single Weight weighing the equivalent. Blue Rx2: Same weight as purple, sub bent knee hollow rock, sub lateral hops if double unders aren't available Orange Rx3: 95#/65# Barbell, Anything Around 35#/25# pair or Single weight, sub singles, sub 60 flutter kicks for hollow rock Yellow MODWOD: Athlete chooses weight based on what's available, sub stepover for lateral hop, sub 30 flutter kicks for hollow rock
