*In large classes half can start on the bike, half on the row, both will do the TTB as their second movement.

Tip: This workout has a 1:2 or even 1:3 work/rest ratio. You are meant to SPRINT on each segment, especially the machines. Don't pace them! On the TTB, make sure not to go to failure. Do quick sets with short breaks.

Purpose: This workout allows us to work on our ability to not only sprint but recover between hard efforts. Being able to recover more quickly will help our overall fitness level increase!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
