Week 2 of 6

EMOM alternating for 10 mins
Min 1: Strict CTB Chin Ups-Max consecutive 5+
Min 2:Ring Dips-Max consecutive 5+
then
collect 2 mins in False Grip Hold at full extension or with feet on ground for beginners
REST 30 sec after each False Grip Hold



*Set up rings slightly higher to encourage a necessary jump to lock out. This is to work on catching strength/stability.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
