LABOR DAY WOD 09-01-25(Time, Rx2, Rx3) 4 rounds for time of: 400 m Burden Run (Partner 1 with Medball Partner 2 with Dumbbell) 40-Wallball (Partner 1) 40-Alt DB Snatch (Partner 2) 40-Sit Ups (Both Partners complete, no anchor) *Each partner must run with the Medball and Dumbbell twice. *Each partner must perform 2 rounds with wallballs and 2 Rounds w/ DB Snatches.
